What’s more, cannabis’ ability to reduce the severity and length of migraines was independent of the strain, CBD to THC ratio, or dose.

Cannabis Flower vs. Concentrates – Which is Better for Migraines?

Smoking concentrates proved to have a stronger therapeutic effect compared to smoking flower marijuana for migraines.

In addition, those who smoked concentrates required lower doses over time to maintain symptom relief. Comparatively, those that smoked flower cannabis required higher doses over time to maintain symptom relief.
