The first is that cannabis for pain provided the greatest migraine relief to the participants who were suffering the most. This is an important discovery, as severe migraines have historically been difficult or impossible to treat with traditional prescription medication.
What’s more, cannabis’ ability to reduce the severity and length of migraines was independent of the strain, CBD to THC ratio, or dose.
